What to know
Swiss researchers from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule (ETH) Zürich will build a data engine and dashboards to enable rapid analysis and tracking of genomic changes in pathogens of public health importance.
Planned activity
The system developed through this project will be used to establish an early warning system with automated alerts. As part of this work, ETH will provide databases and dashboards to track important human airborne pathogens and identify genomic changes that can be used to inform public health recommendations or policies.
Awarded in 2023, this project is still in progress.
