Tanzania Frontline Field Epidemiology And Laboratory Training Program (TFELTP)
The three-month TFELTP Frontline course prepares public health workers to detect and respond to health threats at the local and community level. It was launched in 2015 through a partnership between the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Tanzania’s Ministry of Health, Community, Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, and the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

- Regions with 11-15 graduates: Kusini-Pemba, Kilimanjaro, Tanga, Shinyanga, Iringa, Songwe
- Regions with 16-20 graduates: Kagera, Mwanza, Geita, Simiyu, Kigoma, Tabora, Singida, Dodoma, Manyara, Katavi, Rukwa, Mbeya, Morogoro, Dar-Es-Salaam, Njombe, Lindi, Ruvuma
- Regions with 21-26 graduates: Mara, Arusha, Pwani, Mtwara, Zanzibar West
