WHAT: | The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is convening its first-ever National Health Promotion Conference. With the theme Innovations in Health Promotion: New Avenues for Collaboration, the conference is designed to share information and ideas to build and advance a national health promotion and wellness agenda. This event is co-sponsored with the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials; Directors of Health Promotion and Education; March of Dimes; and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors. |
