Subject: Time extension to submit comments on the Closed-Circuit Escape Respirators (CCER) Concept Requirements
Due to the comments and responses received during the Public Meetings on the Concept Requirements for Closed-Circuit Escape Respirators, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has elected to extend the deadline until Thursday, November 30, 2006 to submit comments to the NIOSH Docket Office on this subject matter.
Reference Docket #NIOSH 05 for all submissions related to this topic.
Interested persons or organizations are invited to participate in this rulemaking by submitting written views, arguments, recommendations, and data. Comments are invited on any topic related to this proposal.
Comments submitted by e-mail or mail should be addressed to the “NIOSH Docket Officer” and should identify the author(s), return address, and a phone number, in case clarification is needed. Comments can be submitted by e-mail to:niocindocket@cdc.gov.
