Subject: Voluntary Rescission of all Respirator Certificates of Approval Issued to Megatech Scientific Pte., Ltd. Effective January 11, 2010.
At the request of Megatech Scientific Pte., Ltd., the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded the following certificate of approval:

As of January 11, 2010, no Megatech Scientific Pte., Ltd. respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above is approved and will not be manufactured, assembled, sold or distributed as NIOSH-approved product.
