At the request of Thea-Tex Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (TTH), the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded certificate of approval TC‑84A‑5296.
As of August 1, 2012, no TTH respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above is approved and it may not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH-approved product.
