Emany Consulting has recently found that NIOSH approval numbers TC-84A-4177, TC-84A-4191 and TC- 84A-4239 produced after April 1, 2010 may not provide the N95 level of protection prescribed. The manufacture date and lot number are identified on the bottom of packaging boxes.
Emany Consulting is asking all its distributors to Stop Sale of products containing the above mentioned approval numbers manufactured after April 1, 2010. The lot number and manufacturing dates are listed below. If you have any product in stock bearing these lot numbers, please contact Emany Consulting immediately to return the product.
