Subject: Voluntary Rescission of FINEtech Company, Ltd. Certificate of Approval TC-84A-5461

At the request of FINEtech Company, LTD. (FIN), the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded certificate of approval TC-84A-5461.

As of December 15, 2011, no FIN or private label version respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval number listed above is approved and respirators with these approval numbers will not be manufactured, assembled, sold or distributed as a NIOSH approved product.
