Life After PHAP

The 2024 associate application cycle will open in early 2024.

If you have questions about the application process, please contact the PHAP helpdesk at phap@cdc.gov.

Being a PHAP graduate opens doors, and many graduates continue their careers or education in public health. Some work for CDC and other federal agencies, while others work for state, tribal, local, or territorial health departments and nongovernmental organizations. Still others begin master of public health programs across the United States to further their public health education and build on the strong foundation gained in PHAP.
