How does TCE affect my health?

While TCE can travel in your blood to your brain, effects will not be felt at low level exposures. People with a high TCE exposure, which is sometimes seen in a workplace, may feel drowsy and tired and may have a headache. Long term exposures to these high or even moderate levels can cause memory loss and difficulty thinking. People with an even higher TCE exposure may feel light-headed and clumsy, may have difficulty concentrating, and may have headaches and nausea. Very high TCE exposures can cause anesthesia-like effects where you fall into a deep sleep and even higher concentrations can lead to coma and death.
