First 10 Years

The Staged Development Tool (SDT) helps NPHIs assess current capacity and develop a roadmap for a higher level of functioning. The following countries have implemented the SDT: Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, El Salvador, Jordan, Liberia, Mongolia, Nigeria, Togo, and Ukraine.
