The Web site highlights underage drinking and provides state-by-state policy topic summaries, maps, charts, and other resources.
Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). This Web site, developed by a center within the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, provides prevention education tools, and information on and links to CSAP funded prevention resources available to assist states, communities, and organizations in the development of comprehensive prevention systems.
Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). This Web site, developed by a center within the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, provides information on and links to substance abuse treatment programs, resources, publications, and funding opportunities.
Drugs & HIV: Learn the Link. Developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, this link provides information for teens, parents, and teachers about the link between drug abuse and HIV infection. Contains links to current research findings, reports, fact sheets, and news updates.
National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI). Developed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, this searchable database provides a variety of alcohol and drug use information materials and prevention and treatment resources.
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This Web site provides links to research, legislation, program toolkits, and community success stories.
National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). This Web site offers science-based educational materials, resources, tools, and information on drugs and drug abuse.
Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).* This Web site offers information on programs, publications, funding, and state contacts for underage drinking and drug topics.
Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). Information on drug policy, enforcement, prevention, treatment, and drug fact materials can be found on this Web site. This site also contains the latest National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign* activities, information, and related resources.
Office of the Surgeon General. This Web site provides information and resources about the Surgeon General’s Call to Action to Prevent and Reduce Underage Drinking.
STOP Underage Drinking. Developed by the Interagency Coordinating Committee on the Prevention of Underage Drinking (ICCPUD), this Web site provides access to a range of Government-approved materials on underage drinking.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). This Web site provides substance abuse prevention and treatment information, tools, and resources. The National Registry of Evidence-based Programs & Practices, a searchable database of interventions for the prevention and treatment of mental and substance use disorders, can also be accessed from this site.
The Cool Spot. Developed by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, this Web site is an online destination for 11 to 13 year olds. Engaging games and graphics deliver important messages about the risks of underage drinking and ways to resist peer pressure.
Too Smart To Start. A project of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Too Smart To Start is an underage alcohol use prevention initiative that provides research-based strategies and materials to professionals and volunteers in the community to help them conduct an underage alcohol use prevention program.
Underage Drinking Research Initiative. This Web site, developed by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, provides statistics and information on underage drinking, public service announcements, and links to prevention resources.

KidsHealth. This searchable Web site, created by The Nemours Foundation’s Center for Children’s Health Media, is divided into three separate areas providing parents, teens, and kids with age-appropriate information on drugs and alcohol. This Web site is also available in Spanish.

The Center on Alcohol Marketing and Youth. This Web site monitors alcohol marketing practices of the alcohol industry and youth exposure. Research reports, fact sheets, and examples of alcohol industry print and television ads are provided.
