Since hemophilia is an X-linked genetic disorder and the majority of participants had hemophilia, the Registry participants were primarily male (n = 2624, 83%) (Figure 1).  Among females (n = 537, 17%), 65% had some form of VWD, 8% had hemophilia A and 2% hemophilia B* (Table 2).  Among males, the majority had hemophilia A, 18% had hemophilia B, and 7.4% had VWD. (Table 2)
